11" & 12.5" 7‑Blade PDC Bit

This 7‑blade PDC bit series covers two popular sizes: 11‑inch and 12.5‑inch. It comes with 6‑5/8 REG thread as standard , and custom thread options are available to fit various drill string assemblies and different rig connections worldwide.

Optimized mechanical design is adopted for the 7‑blade configuration. Balanced blade layout distributes impact load effectively when drilling in abrasive and interbedded formations, mitigating chipping and premature wear of PDC cutters. The bit body is forged from high‑strength alloy steel with excellent torsional resistance, delivering stable performance under vibration and alternating down‑hole loads.

Applicable Formations Suitable for medium‑hard rock, soft‑hard interbedded layers, sandstone, mudstone, siltstone and partial limestone. Not recommended for highly abrasive gravel formations. For frequently interbedded conditions, the reinforced blade structure reduces eccentric wear and maintains steady ROP (rate of penetration).

We also support customization of PDC cutter size, cutter density and nozzle layout. Bit parameters can be tuned for target formations to achieve higher penetration rate and longer service life.
