This angled port electroplated diamond core bit is engineered for highly abrasive, slip-prone cobble rock formations. Unlike conventional straight water channels, its inclined orifices generate targeted water jets to flush the borehole bottom, evacuate suspended rock dust and cobble fragments, and keep the bit matrix properly cooled. It effectively prevents diamond burning and repeated regrinding of cuttings, delivering faster penetration and consistent core recovery when drilling large cobbles, boulders, float stones and compact quartzite.

Manufactured with precise nickel electroplating bonding, the bit features evenly distributed diamond grains with proper exposure. It maintains good self-sharpening performance and resists slipping during drilling. It is widely adopted for geotechnical sampling, geological coring, slope investigation, water well drilling, bridge and pile foundation exploration.
