Casing Coupling

KBJZ geological casing coupling is an essential connecting component for geological drilling tools. It is installed between two casing pipes. With precisely machined internal threads, it connects casing segments, keeps casing strings concentric, maintains pressure sealing, stabilizes borehole wall protection casing, avoids borehole collapse and mud loss, and guarantees borehole verticality and downhole safety.

We adopt 42CrMo alloy seamless steel blank, CNC thread turning and quenching & tempering heat treatment. Thread profiles are standardized with good interchangeability. Surface phosphating plus anti-rust coating delivers great resistance to sand abrasion and formation squeezing deformation. We supply couplings for metric geological casing, wireline coring casing, water well casing and foundation pile casing. Custom special threads and non-standard sizes are available upon drawings.
