Our 7 Blades PDC drill bits are engineered for oil & gas exploration, production wells, geothermal and deep directional drilling, covering 3 1/2"–17 1/2" ​ (φ88.9–φ444.5 mm) with custom builds up to 26".
  • Bit sizes : 4 5/8", 6", 8 1/2", 9 7/8", 12 1/4", 16", 17 1/2" API series; non-standard φ95–φ445 mm on drawing.
  • Connections : API 7-1 REG PIN — 2 3/8" REG (NC23), 2 7/8" REG (NC31), 3 1/2" REG, 4 1/2" REG, 6 5/8" REG, 7 5/8" REG; crossovers available.
  • Blades : 3–9 blades. 3–5 blades for soft/fast ROP; 5–6 balanced; 7–9 for hard, abrasive, vibrational control.
  • PDC cutters : Primary φ13 / φ16 / φ19 mm (optional φ8–φ25 mm), backup cutters and gauge protection optional.
  • Nozzles : 5–10 replaceable nozzles, 8/32"–16/32", TFA optimized for hydraulic horsepower, anti-balling.
  • Formations : Mudstone, shale, salt, sandstone → limestone, dolomite → interbedded hard/abrasive (quartzitic, granitic).
  • Applications : Onshore/offshore oil & gas vertical & horizontal wells, CBM, geothermal (HDR), deep geoscience wells.
