PDC Bits for Mining, Water Well & Civil Engineering

For coal-mine gas/drainage holes, water wells, anchor holes, HDD pilot bores and geo-core preholes, we supply φ65–φ325 mm ​ PDC bits — no moving parts, low cost, 10–30× life of tungsten carbide in soft–medium rock.
  • Bit sizes : φ 65, 75, 94, 98, 113, 133, 153, 190, 200, 215.9, 245, 275, 325 mm (2"–12 3/4" eq.).
  • Threads : AW/BW geo threads; API 2 3/8" / 2 7/8" REG; BQ/NQ/HQ wireline adaptors or sample-based custom.
  • Blades : 3 blades (standard), 4 blades (steering/stabilized), 5–6 blades (semi-hard); concave, slant-face, duckbill for HDD.
  • PDC cutters : φ12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30 mm single or stacked; thin-web exposed cutters for shear dominant action.
  • Water holes : 2–3 flush ports (no standard nozzle), crown-flow designed; enlarge ports in sticky clay to avoid balling.
  • Formations : Soil, clay, coal seam, shale, marl, weakly cemented sand, medium limestone; not for deep high-quartz abrasion.
  • Applications : Coal mine drilling, rural water wells, foundation pile pilot, municipal HDD, geotech blast holes, core-drill pilot.
